FBR 50 Satisfaction Ranking
In the States, Granite Transformation has been listed in the 2011 FBR 50 Awards, an annual ranking of franchise companies by the level of franchisee satisfaction. Conducted by a national franchise market research firm, Franchise Business Review, the awards recognise the Top 50 companies with the highest levels of overall franchisee satisfaction. For prospective franchise buyers, taking up a franchise is one of the most significant investments they will ever make, so it's good to learn that existing Granite Transformations franchisees report a high level of satisfaction in our training and support package, which is identical to the one provided in this country. FMA AWARDS 2011 – Best Print Advert. Finalist Franchise Marketing Support & Finalist Best Website
Granite Transformations topped off another highly successful year by winning the Best Print Advert category in the 2011 Franchise Marketing Awards, as well as being named a finalist in both the Best Franchisee Marketing Support and Best Website sections.
The FMA Best Print Advert Award was primarily won for a printed media campaign to promote Granite Transformations' new kitchen door replacement programme, which showcased a beautiful kitchen that customers would aspire to own and reinforced messages of quality craftsmanship and made-to-measure precision. During the six months the campaign ran in the quality press, replacement door sales rose by 50%.
Granite Transformations again competed in the Best Franchisee Marketing Support category, focusing on further year-on-year revenue growth for all franchise owners and a whole tranche of additional marketing material. A new TV commercial, customer referral gift packs and appearances on Sarah Beeny's TV makeover series, were among the highlights of a productive marketing programme, which put us among the finalists.
Also notable was our new corporate internet domain, with scope for future expansion and flexibility for localised content, which gained Granite Transformations finalist status in the Best Website section. The site was built with bespoke CMS architecture that allows franchisees to select content modules from a central library and customise their site with local features and offers. On launch, the website produced an immediate and sustained uplift in traffic of more than 25%.

Granite Transformations were delighted to be a Finalist in the bfa/HSBC Franchisee of the Year 2011 - Franchise Support Award Category.
The national awards, which are supported by Express Newspapers, serve to highlight excellence within the sector and the commitment of those franchisees who 'set the standard' for best practice in the industry.

Granite Transformations took top honours at the 2010 Franchise Marketing Awards for 'a highly professional, coherent strategy that offers franchisees excellent marketing support'. The awards took place at the British & International Franchise Exhibition, Olympia, London.
