Having established our brand over a number of years it was considered that franchising was the best way to take our business and products forward to a worldwide audience. We believe that franchising is the best way to deliver a quality, personalised service to consumers across the world.
The business model has been proven across 20 business operations through out the UK. Granite Transformations is looking for dedicated, enterprising individuals to establish and operate successful Granite Transformations businesses throughout the country.
Even those with extensive management experience appreciate the worth of a proven business model and established systems, provided by a mature franchise package. That is true of Granite Transformations
franchisee Darrell Smith, who feels that producing and marketing kitchen worktops is not something he would have contemplated on his own, despite a highly successful earlier career in independent finance.
Derek & Pauline Delaney,
Franchising can be something of a family affair, with husband and wife teams increasingly involved at ownership level. Granite Transformations franchisees Derek and Pauline Delaney epitomise this approach, with both actively engaged in running the business and son Daniel employed as a qualified master installer. They were also shortlisted recently for a Family Business Of The Year Award, run by their local paper.
Rob & Georgina Douthwaite,
People come into franchising from many different career backgrounds. Former Army Captain, Rob Douthwaite, who owns a thriving Granite Transformations franchise on the south coast, served a full 22-year engagement with the Duke of Wellington's Regiment, ending as an instructor at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. After travelling for a year, then helping to set up an online betting exchange with a fellow Duke of Wellington officer, he decided to branch out on his own with, then girlfriend, now wife, Georgina.

There's no easy route to success, but Peter is living proof that hard work and perseverance pay off. After seven years running a Granite Transformations, Peter is now reaping the rewards he's so rightly earned. With two showrooms, a £1m+ turnover and top franchise awards to his name he's looking forward to even bigger and better results in the future.
The perfect finish for luxury yacht
Granite Transformations’ surfaces add a touch of luxury to any home and are a simple way to give a tired-looking kitchen a new lease of life. But their light weight, flexibility and ease of installation also make them ideal for use beyond the home, or even dry land.
