You Won’t Work Alone
No matter how capable and hardworking you are, you will need members of staff to assist you with the many aspects of a Granite Transformations retail franchise.
Whether these are members of your family, suitable contacts you already have in mind or people you recruit through the local classifieds, you will need at least two or more support staff to deal with incoming enquiries, talk customers through the makeover options, and fabricate and fit work surfaces, cabinet doors and other materials to the required specification.
One key is to understand your own business strengths, and possibly those of your partner, then recruit people with complementary skills in other areas. As your business grows and the number of weekly installations increases, you can then use the revenue generated to pay for extra strategic staff, whether it’s someone to run the workshop or a talented sales closer.
