On the Job Training

- Methods for templating and installing products on kitchen worktops.
- In-home sales presentations.
- Procedures for draw, measure and estimating and completion of Granite transformations quotation sheets.
- Establishment of GT records (bespoke software management program).
Training at Head Office
- Marketing overview and effective forms of advertising including the creation of your own marketing budget/plan.
- Sales training seminar, effective B2C selling techniques and managing sale performance.
- Product knowledge and competitor analysis.
- Procedure for ordering stock and generating monthly reports.
Ongoing Support
There are three major disciplines in operating a Granite Transformations Franchise; Sales, Operations and Technical. Managing these three areas of the business effectively is paramount to the success of the operation. To assist you after your initial training and as part of our commitment to continued support and guidance we have initiated a programme known as FAST which is short for Franchise Advisory and Support Team. The team consists of three key personal, all experts in their respective fields and they are only a phone call away.
